Should cyber-bulliers carry legal consequences?

Some people argue that actions which directly

offence other internet users should be considered as a real crime, therefore justice system should
impose a restriction to delinquents. Others suggest that online bullying should not be punished since
it does not cause physical harm to health and can be avoided. However, some individuals face
detrimental consequences of online bullying and eventually such victims become insecure and afraid
of contact with people on the street.

I would note two types of bullying on the Internet. The first is the one that happens directly online
and the second, which leads to harassment and bullying in real life. On the one hand, people meet
angry people online quite frequently and a banal verbal altercation should not be punishable by law
since it can happen at school or university. However, _ wrongdoer who strive to transfer their anger
into real life situations might get their punishment.

Moreover, in numerous of countries around the world government has already imposed adopted
constitutional amendments aimed on at ____ internet criminals/ perpetrators. A bright example is
China, where online environment IS controlled directly by authorities and it is prohibited to spread
abhorrence on the internet, and A culprit can be sentenceD to prison according to the article in the
Chinese constitution.

In contrast, there are a huge number of other regions where crime-doers would not get their
punishment because some countries still suggest that internet bullying can not be equal to real
crime and there are no punishment respectively.

In conclusion, Cyber-bullying is A currently essential PARAMOUNT issue that can harmfully impact
HAVE ADVERSE EFFECT ON other individuals and this issue/ DILEMMA mIGHT be ADDRESSED
overcomed by changing constitution in every country and equating Internet crime to real crime.
moreover, since many are currently studying cybersecurity, in the immediate future cyberbullying
will not be such an acute problem as it is now.
