MODULE 2 DEEJAY C. ADOR DIONISIO
ACTIVITY 1
1. Where am I now in my physical activity level?
I’m in active physical level right now. 2. Have I tried regular exercise before and failed to stick with it? Gumawa ako ng exercise routine noon at nagawa ko yun ng tatlong beses sa isang lingo, pag katapos ng isang lingo nayon ay natigil nako dahil tinamad at nawalan din ako ng oras para makapag work out. 3. Currently, what do I estimate my potential to stick with an exercise program to be? Based on my potential doing exercise program right now, I can do more and better exercise routine for my body to work with. 4. What has my previous experience with personal health behavior change been? Good? Bad? Some success? None? Will that help me this time around? Some success and some are not, because I stop on working out this past weeks and I came from a fever that makes my body feel weaker a bit and I’m in the process of recovering and regaining my strength back. 5. What is my self-image? I my self-image is a healthy and have a good mental health that keeps me from doing things I want to. Also I’m confident of my physical looks and got to improve it by working out. 6. If I am planning to exercise to help in weight loss? Or simply to shape up a currently out of shape body, will I be able to use the facts that smaller size clothing now fits and that my waist is getting smaller as measures of success, rather than scale weight? Based in my current state of my body, I’m trying on working out to gain more weight and to have a good body shape and to bulk up my body on doing exercises and work outs that will help on developing my body in good shape.
