CONCLUSION
Labours satisfaction is a positive approach about one's job resulting from an evaluation of its
characteristics. Labours satisfaction represents on attitudes rather than behavior. A person with a
high level of labours satisfaction holds positive feelings about the job. In this organization
labours are satisfied about welfare facilities provided by organization and are good in condition.
It was great experience to me to work such big organization and to know the difference between
theoretical and practical knowledge.
