1Ada:Hello everyone,today we’re going to talk about peking duck and

kung pao chicken. They’re both Chinese classic cuisine, they both have their
own characteristics, let's take a look of them
2Ada:Have you ever tried peking duck before?
Aurora:no.what is it?
3Ada: What can you see in this photo?
auro: the peking duck?
Ada: Yes. but if we just eat the peking duck without the condiment on
the right, it’ll be very salty.
auro: ohhh i c.
4ada: it was invented by the Imperial chef from the yuan dynasty from
Nanjing.but do u know why it is called peking duck?
cc: of course i know.it is bcuz the emperor of ming dynasty let his
imperial chef rewrite the recipe in beijing, therefore it is called peking
duck.It has roasted crispy skin & spiced tender meat.Can eat with
cucumber, shallot, onion in a wrapper.
auro: Why do we need to eat it in a wrapper?
Donna:because It tastes very salty and a bit sweet, We need to wrap all the
ingredients in spring pancakes to neutralize the salty ingredients and ensure
the perfect taste of Peking duck。
5auro:This dish reminds me of kung pao chicken, its also a classic
dish.
Donna:aha! My grandma made it for me before, it’s delicious! I took a
photo of it.

6Donna: The main ingredient of kung pao chicken is Color pepper,
chicken, peanuts and chili. I love eating chicken so much.
auro:I prefer to chili rather than chicken

7Donna:It was Invented by Ding Gong Bao since the Qing dynasty in
Sichuan.It tastes spicy and salty so make sure u eat it with some staple food
or u’ll feel thirsty and hot. This dish is fried and includes the 4 major
ingredients which are chicken, peanuts, chili and celery.
