These are index cards I actually used to help guide my practice while I was in high school (the last one was while I was in college; I practiced once a day rather than twice a day then, hence the longer routine). I would punch a hole in the card and add them each week to a little binder where I kept all the musical resources I would get during my private lessons. I practiced like this for years!
