2. Our scope of supply

 To supply AB make Integrated Control panel System with 125 HP VFD With
Bypass Starter and MS Enclosure
 System Integration as per the System requirement.
 Offer the equipment for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) at our works.

3. Exclusions from the Scope of Supply from Analogic

 UPS & Power Supply to panel is in EU scope.

 All civil / mechanical works.
 Panel installation at site
 Field cabling for instruments & network
 Printer
 Field Instrument.
 Barrier
 Cable Tray, cable Laying & Termination etc

5. Commercial terms & conditions

 Excise Duty : Extra 12.5%, or as applicable, at the time of invoicing.

 Sales Tax OR MVAT : Extra, 12.5% for HW OR as applicable at the time of delivery.

 Octroi : Extra at actual, if applicable. To be take care by buyer, prior

dispatch Information shall be given.

 Insurance : To be arranged by Buyer. Prior intimation shall be given

before dispatch.

 Packaging : Extra at actual.

 Freight : Extra at actual.

 Payment terms : 30% Advance, balance against submission of proforma

invoice.

 Delivery : The material will be delivered in 8-10 weeks after receipt of

technically and commercially clear order.

 Validity : 30 days from the date of quotation for your kind

consideration. After that it is subject to our confirmation.

 Warranty : All the Rockwell Automation Hardware & Software

products are warranted for 12 months from the date of
supply against manufacturing defects. However,
inadvertent damage/ mal-operation etc. is not covered
under the warrantee. Also consumables are not covered in
the warrantee.
