1. This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with
Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) has been filed for
quashing Criminal Complaint bearing DD No. 49 dated 25.12.2020,
registered at Police Station Kapashera.
2. Mr. Ranbir Singh Kundu, learned ASC appearing for the State, on
instructions from SI Deep Chand, P.S.: Kapashera, submits that the criminal
complaint bearing DD No.49 dated 25.12.2020 has already been closed.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives in the instant writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infrucutous along with
the pending application.
