Part A. Project
Choose one of the following topics for your project.
After choosing the topic, write a paper using the following guidelines.
• Do some research on the topic you chose. Use books, magazines, or news.
• You can quote as many sources as necessary, but you need to create your own definition of the topic.
• Narrate how you learned about this topic: When did you start studying it? / How have you deepened
your knowledge on this topic? / How has this topic changed your personal and/or professional life
perspective?
• Narrate situations in which you experienced the topic’s applicability.
PART 4—ARGUMENTATION
• Do you think it’s important that more people learn about this topic? Why?
• Do you intend to keep on learning more and talking about this topic? Why?
• Would there be social benefits if more people were taught this topic? If so, which ones? If not, why?

Procedures
• Your paper needs to be handed in to the coordinator one week before the exam day.
• Your paper needs to have at least two pages following the text format required.
• On the exam day, you will have 10–15 minutes to present your paper. You will not be allowed to read
it aloud, but you can and should prepare supporting materials such as a PowerPoint presentation,
handouts, or articles to be quoted. Be ready to answer any questions from the coordinator about your
paper.

• Font color: Black • Left and right margins: 3 cm, upper and lower margins: 2.5 cm
