DEMAND NOTICE

Subject: Default in depositing the amount collected for ‘Cash on Delivery’ orders
We, Zomato Limited (“the Company”) are issuing this demand notice to you in respect of the
outstanding amount as mentioned in message (1) payable by you to the Company.
You are required to deposit the cash collected by you from customers in respect of ‘cash on
delivery’ orders with the Company in accordance with the terms of your engagement with the
Company. However, you have failed to do the same and an amount mentioned in message (1)
remains outstanding as on date (“Due Amount”).
You are directed to deposit the Due Amount with the Company immediately and in any event
within 14 days of receipt of this Demand Notice (“Due Date”) through either of the following
methods: -
1. Payment through your DP Application- through UPI; or
2. Payment submitted through Airtel payment bank; or
3. Payment submitted through Relicollect stores

In case you fail to deposit the Due Amount by the Due Date, the Company shall be constrained to
initiate legal proceedings against you, for the recovery of the Due Amount, entirely at your risk,
cost, and consequences.
