Plain and contrast -enhanced multiple CT scan axial images of the whole abdomen with coronal and sagittal
reformations show the following findings:

The liver is enlarged measuring 15.8 cm in vertical length with heterogeneous parenchymal attenuation. There is a
lobulated and exophytic heterogeneously enhancing hypodense soft tissue mass at Segment VI with focal inferior
bulge and extending adjacent to the 3rd portion of the duodenum measuring 7.8 x 9.4 x 8.5 cm in size( craniocaudal
x anteroposterior x axial dimensions). There are streaky densities seen surrounding the mass.The intrahepatic ducts
are not dilated. The hepatic veins and inferior vena cava are not dilated. The common duct and portal vein are normal
in size and caliber.

The gallbladder is distended with no thickened walls and lithiasis.

The pancreas and adrenal glands are normal in size and attenuation. No foca lesion.

The spleen is normal in size measuring 10.5 x 3.5 x 9.5 cm in size with a splenic index of 349. It shows homogenous
parenchymal attenuation. No focal lesion.

The kidneys are normal in size and attenuation.The renal cortical outline is smooth. The pelvocalyces are not dilated.
Subcentimeter size exophytic cystic focus in the left superior cortex.The perirenal and pararenal spaces are clear. No
mass,lithiasis of hydronephrosis. The ureters are not dilated.

The urinary bladder is distended with smooth walls. No mass or lithiasis.

The aorta is normal in size and caliber. Few segmental intimal calcifications seen. No aneurysm.

No enlarged nodes in the retrocrural, retroperitoneal and pelvic regions.

Minimal amount of fluid collection in the perihepatic space.

No osseous lytic or blastic changes.

Minimal amount of fluid collection in both lower posterior hemithoraces.

IMPRESSION

HEPATOMEGALY WITH EXOPHYTIC MASS, SEGMENT VI.

NORMAL SIZED LEFT KIDNEY WITH SMALL EXOPHYTIC CYST, BOSNIAK I.

ATHEROSCLEROTIC ABDOMINAL AORTA.

MINIMAL ASCITES.

MINIMAL PLEURAL FLUID, LOWER POSTERIOR HEMITHORACES.
