Adlai, just like rice and corn, is considered a staple crop that
primarily grows within the tropical areas of Eastern and Southeast
Asia. Adlai is also known as Job’s Tears due to its tear-shape like
grains and is versatile that can be manufactured into different
products such as flour for pasta, polvoron, cereal, coffee, and
different types of drinks. This crop is healthier and a low-carb
substitute to conventional rice or corn and has lower carbohydrates
compared to brown rice.
the output is greatly increased and reduces the risk of human errors.
Moreover, it can also improve the hygiene and minimizing the
contamination of the drinks and guaranteeing product safety.
Research 1. What are the possible technical requirements for the bottling
Questions: machines can be use in the Adlai drinks production process?
2. What type of materials are used for the construction of the
bottling machines, ensuring compatibility with Adlai drinks and
maintaining product quality?
3. Are there any considerations for sustainability in the design or
operation of the bottling machines, such as energy efficiency
or recyclability of materials?
4. Are there any special considerations or challenges in the
bottling process of Adlai drinks compared to other beverages?
Research This study aims to Design and Development of Multi-Bottling
Objectives: Process for Adlai Drink. Specifically, this study seeks to answer the
following objectives:
1. Design an adlai drinks multi-bottling machine take into
accounts the following:
1.1 matrial specification
1.2 System component
2. Fabricate an adlai drinks bottling machine according to the
design specifications and requirements.
3. Conduct preliminary testing of an adlai drinks bottling
machine in terms of:
3.1 operating time
3.2 operating speed
3.3 bottling time
4. Test the performance of the prototype in terms of:
4.1 production rate
4.2 percent yield
4.3 bottling rate
4.4 machine efficiency
5. Develop an operation for adlai drinks bottling machine.
Are the existing facilities at the College sufficient to carry out this project work? (Yes/No)
