current company.
• Planned and maintained equipment on time reducing downtime thus
increasing equipment availability by 35% at my previous company.
• Implemented manpower allocation whereby each individual was deployed
on the job where he/she could perform better.
• Managed to rehabilitate equipment 18 units of 2WD John Deere, 10 units
Mahindra tractors and 8 Units TS 90 tractor heads (VOR) back to road;
