I am writing this letter to recommend for salary increase of our Equipment Spotter, Mr. Journe
Piga.

Mr. Journe is working with us from the last fourteen years, twelve years as a Admin labor
(January 2010 – February 2022) and two years a a official JCRCC employee (February 2022 up
to present date). I have reviewed his performance and have deemed him worthy for salary
increase. He is a hard working and dedicative employee. He has always achieved his target and
as per my suggestion we need to motivate him to work more hard by appreciating his efforts that
he has put till date.

I am giving this recommendation my full support, with the knowledge that we will be promoting a
much deserving individual.
