Minutes of meeting PTA June2023

• No exams for Grade 1 and grade 2. Respective class teacher will give worksheet for each subject
ñ kids need to complete it in d class room during school hours.
• List of vacation is provided in 1NH app(events) . Parents are requested to check n please revert
back if u can't see it in your app.
• Annual day and sports day will be there for this year.
• Issue for hygiene of toilets and drinking water will resolve soon.
• Those who didn't received fee receipt for the academic year 2023-24 will get them soon as they
have started sending it through email. Kindly keep a check on ur email id which you have
provided to the school for communication.
• Issue for heavy bags- we have suggested school to keep workbook ñ note book for each subject
in d class room itself along with art n crft material. Kids will carry only course book with them.
• Parents will get notification a day before for books required through teams app. Respective class
teacher will upload it in teams. (kindly revert back if u r not getting updated in teams for the
same by ur class teacher )
• Whatever syllabus n work done is being completed in d school for d day will b uploaded in
teams daily. (kindly revert back if u r not getting updated in teams for the same by ur class
teacher )
• Keep a check on teams regularly.
• About class ventilation - this issue will get resolve soon as what principal mam has told us.
• Teaching quality will definitely get improve. If u have any concern about any particular teacher or
particular subject kindly mentioned so that I can discussed with mam again.
• These all above points discussed n concluded. I tried my best. If these points didn't implemented
in ur class please let me know.
