    2. Investigate Driver faulty at onsite


    - Investigate driver faulty
    - Detect 2 unit AZD driver no power cycle response and 1 unit LRD driver got error
    issues.
    - Recheck every power connection and take voltage in consumption.
    - Recheck every LAN cable connection to driver.
    - Align with programmer to recheck whether program got problem or not.

    3. Z-axis stage installation/verification on wlbi 6


    - Replace the old z-axis stage with new one.
    - Install chuck and do verification onto chuck.
    - Proceed with dry run with/without pro
