On behalf of my client, abcde, I would like to request for a
Certification that the Civil Case No 3423423432 entitled
asdwcedewfewfdwef” filed before this Honorable Court, Branch 104, have
been disposed of by the Honorable Court .
The Certification is being requested for the purpose of utilizing said
certification in Petition 123214334 pending before Branch 121 of the
Regional Trial Court of Bulacan, which is a petition for cancellation of
