FORMAL OFFER OF EVIDENCE

PETITIONER, through the undersigned counsel, unto the most

Honorable Court, submits their formal offer of evidence, to wit:

1. Exhibits “A”, “A-1” to “A-4” – Petition dated

___________________ and the corresponding Registry Return
Receipts thereof

2. Exhibit “B” – Order dated September 11, 2019

Purpose: Both the Accused vehemently object to the
admission of the same for the same was not properly identified
and testified to by witnesses.

3. Exhibits “C”– Certificate of Posting

Both the Accused vehemently object to the admission of the
same for lack of identification and absence of testimony from
the person who requested the same nor the intended testimony
was stipulated upon between the Prosecution and the Defense.
 4. Exhibits “E” and Series, “G”, “H”, and “I” – Both
Accused vehemently object to the admission of the same because it
was not properly identified by the person/s who took the same nor
was there any testimony as to the identities of the person/s depicted
in the said pictures nor the relationship of the same to the accused in
these above-captioned cases.

5. Exhibits “F” and Series – Both Accused vehemently

object to the admission of the same for the lack of proper
identification and absence of testimony of independent testimony as
to its relevance to the above-captioned cases and the alleged
participation of the said accused.

6. Exhibits “J” up to “X” inclusive of sub-markings – Both

Accused vehemently object to the admission of the same for the
absence of any evidence to show the relationship of the former to the
subject object evidence.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed

that the foregoing COMMENTs, OPPOSITIONS, and
OBJECTIONS be duly noted and be considered in the resolution of
this Most Honorable Court of the Prosecution’s formal offer of
evidence which is substantially prayed to be denied.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are likewise
prayed for.
