Why should I eat vegetables and drink enough water every day?

According to Oxford Dictionary, eating and drinking means the process of


putting food and fluid by any means into the mouth and chew and swallow it.
As a human, we need to eat and drink to survive. Without food or water
human will never can survive.
Even though food and water are very important to human, it doesn’t means
human can eat anything without control. To keep our body fit and healthy, we
should eat vegetables not to forget the fruits and drink enough water
everyday.
Fruits and vegetables are a good source of vitamins and minerals, including
folate, vitamin C and potassium. They are an excellent source of dietry fibre
which can help maintain a health gut and prevent constipation and other
digestion problems.
A diet rich in vegetables and fruits can lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of
heart disease and stroke. It is also may prevent some types of cancer and
lower the risk of digestive problems.
Drinking enough water every day is important for our health. Drinking water
can prevent dehydration as the weather heats up globally now a days. Water
allows you to stay hydrated and doesn’t contain unnecessary calories or
additives.
According to the Institute of Medicine, we should drink six to twelve cups of
water everyday depends on our activity level and health conditions. Staying
hydrated is one of the best things you can do for your overall health.
Most of us know that eating fruits and vegetables and drinking water are the
healthy habit, but still most of us are not eating the recommended. Let’s
switching to a diet full of fruits and vegetables and drink more water is
definitely worth it.
