1. Team members will deal respectfully with people - both fellow
team members and other people they will interact with during the course of the project (eg.participants) 2. Team members will acknowledge people’s work 3. Team members will be prompt and efficient with time, doing things as at when due with speed and without delay. 4. Team members will build a healthy connection with each other intentionally 5. A calendar will be used to schedule, track and automate Team activities and also send reminders 6. Each team member will have an accountability partner to give and receive support. 7. Unit leads will carry every unit member along and make them feel important and involved. 8. Team members will give helpful constructive criticisms 9. There will be Check-ins at scheduled team meetings 10. There will be an attendance noting at every meeting to enable personal follow-up 11. If a team member will be late for a meeting, the unit lead should be notified. 12. If a team member will be absent for a meeting, the unit lead should be notified. 13. Team members will uphold the team values of Commitment, Excellence, and Communication. 14.A team member that continuously goes against our values and guidelines will be excused from the team and removed from the Team Base after at least one personal check-in.
