It is with great pleasure that we announce your admission into the Youth of Enterprise (YOE) Internship
Programme.

The Youth of Enterprise Internship programme aims to tackle the high rates of unemployment and
underemployment amongst Nigerian youth. The programme is designed to democratize access to career
opportunities for Nigerian youth, regardless of their background and to support them in contributing to the
development of corporate Nigeria. The YOE will provide Nigerian graduates with the necessary tools, skills and the
right network to start and grow their career.

The programme will begin with an orientation exercise where you will be provided with employability skills training
and coaching which will prepare you for the workplace. Upon satisfactory completion of the orientation programme,
you will be engaged in a six (6) month internship programme with high-value organizations.

In addition to the knowledge you receive during the orientation, you will receive further valuable support during the
internship programme that will help you thrive in the workplace. The programme will be delivered in a hybrid model
(virtual and in-person) depending on the preference and working structure of the organization you will be placed
with.

The selection process was thorough and we commend you for your effort through the assessments. However,
should you default on any of the conditions of the programme your admission will be withdrawn.

Kindly note that you become part of the YOE alumni community by accepting this admission but more importantly
completing the programme and adhering to the conditions pre, during and post-orientation/training programme.

We know that the Youth of Enterprise (YOE) Internship Programme will launch your career to the next desired level
and look forward to working with you in the next 6 months.

To confirm your acceptance of this offer, please note that you are required to sign an acknowledgement in which
you will make a personal declaration of the following as proof of your commitment to the programme.

The YOE Induction programme holds after the confirmation of this offer. This meeting like all the activities of the
YOE Internship Programme is compulsory and will hold virtually via zoom online conferencing. The meeting link
and details will be communicated to you soon.
