McGraw Hill - Wonders

By Kristi Messner
Thank you so much for purchasing this product. I hope you find it easy
to use. These books use the high frequency words as well as the
phonics words that are targeted during each week of Start Smart.

*There is one book for each of the first grade Start Smart weeks.
(However they could also be used in kindergarten as they are the kinder
words.)

*There are two bonus books to use after the first three weeks to
further provide practice on Start Smart words.

*Each book uses many of the words from the week indicated on the
front cover and some words from the previous week(s).

*These books can be used in small group, by volunteers, partner

reading, and as homework.

Directions for assembly:

Place one of the books (4-5 pages) in a copier machine and copy on
collated mode.

Cut books apart by using the space between the covers as a guide.
Staple twice and use with your students. (I cut a small bit off the top and
bottom and then cut between covers. This makes them more uniform.)

An ideas for improving please let me know!
