COURSE The course covers the principles of fire protection and technology and its behavior. Likewise, it focuses on fire investigation and the role of fire-fighters
DESCRIPTION during fire suppression and investigation, the study of Fire and building codes, and Law on Destructive Arson including Arson Investigation and Evidence.
Identify the responsibilities of a fire-fighter when responding to the scene of a fire, including scene security and evidence preservation.
Describe the implications of constitutional amendments as they apply to fire investigations.
Identify the key case law decisions that have affected fire investigations.
Define the common terms used in fire investigations.

MAKE-UP PROCEDURES
1. If the student fails to take the exam on the scheduled date, the instructor will allow him/her to take it as soon as she presents a permit
within the week.
2. If the student gets a failing grade from Prelim to Midterm, he/she has to take a removal exam.
