COURSE The course covers the principles of fire protection and technology and its behavior. Likewise, it focuses on fire investigation and the role of fire-fighters
DESCRIPTION during fire suppression and investigation, the study of Fire and building codes, and Law on Destructive Arson including Arson Investigation and Evidence.

At the end of the course, the students are expected to:

 Identify the responsibilities of a fire-fighter when responding to the scene of a fire, including scene security and evidence preservation.
 Describe the implications of constitutional amendments as they apply to fire investigations.
 Identify the key case law decisions that have affected fire investigations.
 Define the common terms used in fire investigations.
COURSE OBJECTIVES  Explain the basic elements of fire dynamics and how they affect cause determination.

At the end of the course, the students should be able to:
