things inside my house.

What shape is the roof my house?

That is a triangle.

How about your house class? Do you have a

triangle roof as well?
Or do you have a trapezoid-shape roof?

It’s a ball. Do you like to play basketball? Yes teacher, we like it because it is so fun.

These are the things we found in our house. We

also learned their shapes. We have learned how
many sides are there in a square, rectangle, and a
pyramid.

Very good class, you are very active in our We have enjoyed it, teacher. The mini house
activity. Did you enjoy it? is so cute.

C. Lesson Proper

I let you describe all those objects because it is

related to our topic this morning.
What do you think is our lesson this morning? We don’t know the answer teacher.
I will give a prize to those who can guess what it
is.
It’s okay. I understand because it is your first
time hearing this topic.

Our topic for today is all about 2-dimensional

and 3-dimensional objects.
Class, the 2-dimensional objects are those
objects that only exist on the paper. Though they
have length and width, they shapes are drawn
only. They are usually flat. This means that you
cannot hold them by themselves (although you
can hold the surface where they are drawn on
like the paper). Things that you can see on
painting and drawing are examples of 2-D.
On the other hand, works of art that have length,
width, and depth are called 3-D, or three-
dimensional objects. Three-Dimensional objects
are those things that you can hold in your hands.
They are not flat. They have edges and faces,
which allow you to not only see their shape, but
also feel it. Things that sculptors make are all
examples of 3-dimensional object.

participation class, you did an awesome
performance today.

V. GENERALIZATION/IFLL
Class, what are the things that we learned again?
Very Good! We have learned the 2-dimensional
objects which only exist on papers. They are
flat. While the 3-dimensional objects are things
that we can hold in our hands, and they are not
flat.
Did you learn a lot today? Yes teacher, we have learned a lot today.
IFLL
Did you know that God gave us talent and He
want us to use it in a good way. Drawing and
sculpting is a work of art, and it is a talent given
by our Lord. In making an artwork we can use
the 2-D and 3-D shapes. And remember that
everything we do should always in accordance
with His name. 1 Peter 4:10 says that “As each
one has received a special gift, employ it in
serving one another as good stewards of the
manifold grace of God”. Are you willing to We are willing to nurture and use our talent
