CONNECTION
The teacher will ask the students to do ONE CHAIR FITNESS Dance. A Sitting Zumba dance where you
can move your body without standing or changing position. This is to hype and make the students feel
alive and energized.

Recap of the past lesson (Module 1: Dances) and (Module 2: Fundamental Arms and Feet position)

Instructions:
The teacher will choose the first player; player 1 will choose a number and answer the question in
the box.
Player 1 will choose the next player; player 2 will choose another number and answer the question
in the box.
The succeeding players will be chosen in the same manner until all questions are answered
correctly.
If the question is not answered correctly, another player will be chosen by the previous player.
