CHAIR ONE FITNESS

The teacher will ask the students to do ONE CHAIR FITNESS Dance. A Sitting Zumba dance where you
can move your body without standing or changing position. This is to hype and make the students feel
alive and energized.

Guide questions:

1. What are the lessons that we discussed in module 1 and 2?


2. Give at least one folk dance from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
3. Demonstrate the first fundamental dance step for the arms and feet.

Instructions:

 The teacher will choose the first player; player 1 will choose a number and answer the question in
the box.
 Player 1 will choose the next player; player 2 will choose another number and answer the question
in the box.
 The succeeding players will be chosen in the same manner until all questions are answered
correctly.
 If the question is not answered correctly, another player will be chosen by the previous player.
