MOTIVATION LETTER

I am a mature lady aged forty six with a passion to work for an organization that support the
women causes.

I have worked in the banking industry for 16 years from having served in a legal firm for five
years. My competencies include the following:

 Strong knowledge of operation obtained through acting and my duties cover operational issues,
being a Supervisor, I have managed a team of customer services and have at a number of times
managed a span of more than 10 people being the whole retail branch. I am a natural leader who
values human capital. For effectiveness, I have worked with ICT on processes remodeling and
have also been involved in the management of security processes in liaison with ICT.
 Ability to provide advice and support to both my team and other departments
 Ability to lead formulation and monitoring of management projects through training as I
spearheaded a number of projects for the organizations I have worked for.
 Ability to handle confidential information which is key in a banking and legal set-up
 Good negotiating skills exhibited through my interactions with work colleagues and the
customers I dealt with especially on business development on new clients as well as existing
clients.
 Strong IT skills having worked for a digital bank for about 16v years, I have been able to adapt
to new systems and the digital way of operations.
