CIRCULAR

The students of 8th semester Mechanical Engineering are hereby informed to present
the first review of Project Phase-2 to the project committee. The evaluation of project phase II
- Review I is scheduled from 04/03/2024 to 05/03/2024. In this regard, students are informed
to prepare the presentation for evaluation and demonstrate to the project evaluation committee.
The presentation should encompass Methodology, Work details till now, Results and Model
functionalities (If any).

The date and timing of the presentation during the above said period are given in the table
below:

General instructions to students:

1. Students appearing for the presentation must follow formal dress code.
2. All the students must be present on time (as per allotments) and should be present along
with their respective guides.
