About Us:
Our HR department provides paid training to new teammates to prepare them for
their new careers in insurance, and our Customer Success Managers support
teammates and clients to ensure work placements run smoothly.
If you pass our selection process, you'll be invited to join our next insurance
training. A 5-week paid training conducted via Zoom video calls, during which you'll
be taught about the insurance industry, how to use agency management systems
like AMS 360, Applied Epic, and Hawksoft, and how to carry out industry-specific
admin and customer service tasks.
Following successful completion of the training, we’ll put your profile forward to our
clients to be interviewed by them, and selected for a long-term work placement
(note that there may be a waiting period of several days/weeks before you are
successfully placed). Once placed you will be helping their admin & customer
service areas by carrying out tasks such as:
