RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING SHOPPING (Section 52 Par . B ) AS THE

ALTERNATIVE MODE OF PROCUREMENT

WHEREAS: the goods / supplies indicated in the Purchase No. Date (copy of which marked
as annex A” is attached to integral part of this resolution) are urgently needed under an foreseen contingency requiring
immediate purchase as certified by the Requesting Chief of Office and that the said goods / supplies are not ordinary or
regular office supplies and equipment which are available in the procurement services as certified to by BAC
Secretariat :

WHEREFORE , in order to promote economy and efficiency in conformity with the applicable provisions of Rule XVI of
Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) R.A. 9184 , BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to
recommended to the Brgy. Captain that the goods and / or services covered by the aforementioned purchase request ,
to be procured by Shopping (Section 52 (b) of IRR for R.A 9184 as the appropriate alternative modern procurement.
