efficiency after integration:
1. Human Resource Planning (HRP). It plays a crucial role in improving employees'
efficiency by:
a. Identifying Skill Gaps and Training Needs: HRP assesses current and future workforce
needs. By identifying skill gaps through this process, HR can design targeted training
programs aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
b. Optimizing Workforce Utilization: HRP makes sure that the right individuals are in the
correct jobs. It avoids having too many or too few employees, making sure everyone has a job
that suits their strengths. This way, people do tasks they're good at, making the work better
overall.

everyone keeps up with what the company wants to do, making things work well.
2. Training and Development. Training and development in HR contribute to improving

and knowledge. By providing relevant and targeted training, HR helps employees acquire new
competencies necessary for their roles. This enables them to perform tasks more effectively
and efficiently after integration.
b. Alignment with Organizational Goals: Training initiatives are aligned with the
organization's strategic objectives. By identifying the specific skills required to achieve these
goals, HR ensures that training programs directly contribute to fulfilling the company's
mission. This alignment ensures that employees' efforts are in sync with organizational
objectives, improving efficiency.
c. Increased Adaptability and Flexibility: Training equips employees with diverse skills and
adaptability. This allows them to navigate changes and challenges more effectively after
integration. Employees with a broader skill set are more flexible in handling various tasks and
adapting to new roles, ultimately enhancing efficiency.
