Pank areas represents the tourism areas. Well-planned roads
in tourism areas enhance accessibility, connectivity, visitor
experience, economic growth, safety, infrastructure
development, cultural preservation, sustainable tourism,
efficient traffic management, tourism marketing, and
scalability. They improve visitor experience, stimulate
economic activity, preserve cultural and historical sites,
promote sustainable tourism practices, reduce congestion,
enhance quality of life, and contribute to the destination's
brand. These roads also ensure the infrastructure can handle
future growth without compromising efficiency.
ZONING
The blue lines represents the existing roads that connect San
Luis, Alitagtag, and Cuenca. A lot of roads shows no
connectivity from the tourism areas. Preserving existing
roads is crucial in urban planning for its economic,
environmental, social, and cultural benefits. It is cost-
effective, sustainable, and aligns with sustainable
development principles. It minimizes environmental impact,
preserves heritage, minimizes disruptions, optimizes
