RIGHTMOS AIO 28
Rightmos Apollo is a one-stop solution that covers the main business processes in royalty
distribution. It can manage any volume of data and supports all file formats and all sources
of exploitation.
Rightmos AIO is a comprehensive cloud solution for publishers, labels, artists and content
distributors in the creative industry, which helps them build and manage their business from
scratch.
We had previously led projects in fields such as the financial sector, the automotive industry, and
the media content publishing and communication industries. We also developed and managed
copyright and royalty management solutions for the music industry, taking part in many outstanding
projects at the international level, some of which are underlined in the following chart.
Almost a decade ago we decided to devote all our efforts to the thriving business of Collective
Rights Management, so we set about creating Rightmos. We have since then evolved, and we also
offer all-in-one solutions for the management of any business in the creative industry.
Our experience working at all levels and with all kinds of players allows us to offer the best
comprehensive solutions for the whole scope of processes related with royalty management. We
are at the front edge in all things related to artificial intelligence, management of technological
projects, digital transformation processes, and related services.
The ongoing trust and support after several years from prominent organizations such as
APDAYC, SADAIC and SAYCO serve as a testament to our progress and the correctness of
our path.
In order to choose the right tools for its business, any organization or entity that manages royalties
in the creative industry should clearly define each of these processes, according to sound and solid
specifications.
They should all be considered as key processes for the efficient management of a CMO
business. That is why we always keep the focus on this scheme when we design our
solutions and services.
We are a “white label” software and services provider and we are focused in making Rightmos a
technological reference in the copyright world, in terms of data processing and data analysis. In
that context, we have the capacity to offer cloud platforms and SaaS Services (or so called "on-
demand software" services), to cover the business and all its processes from a full 360º approach,
and for all the main players in the creative Industry – CMOs, Publishers, Content Distributors,
Labels, and even artists (both as collectives and as individuals).

It streamlines all management processes of the Collective Rights Management business, including
tasks such as ticketing, shareholder membership, royalty distribution, traceability, licencing,
documentation of musical works and related actions. In its first iterations, Collect was specifically
aimed at CMOs, but now it serves the business of all entities that manage any content related
rights.
Collect provides a full Secure Services Portal that meets the needs of
industry partners and its customers, and is also suitable for the general
public. Partners and users of a given repertoire can enjoy access to all
available information in a fast and simple way. This at its turn brings a
substantial improvement in terms of transparency and traceability of the
main processes involved.
The user interface has been designed in order to guarantee high usability and ease-of-use. This
allows end users of Collect to enjoy a modern, friendly, visual environment, while taking care of
tasks or accessing its services.
Collect’s build includes several APIs, tools and services, and comes with the knowledge and the
support that allow us to provide a global solution to our clients, generating value to all the business
processes involved in Collective Rights Management.
Collect offers a comprehensive cloud solution for any kind of assets handled in the music, audio-
visual and book publishing industries. This is possible thanks to an extensible metadata scheme
and centralized catalogue management.
Collect’s task automation and batch processing features take copyright and royalty management
to the next level. Both functions can be distributed over any volume of data, thus providing
scalability and optimizing the monetization and distribution of royalties. Biggest hits or small gigs,
all can be processed by our cutting-edge technologies in a snap.
Collect offers a very flexible non-code interface which can be adapted to the needs of any
business. You can actually design it according to your own rules, automating tasks against an
event/condition set of rules, to generate standard actions, work tickets, system events,
notifications, or even trigger external processes.
The automation of your workflow provides the efficiency you need in order to optimize process
management and generate more added value to your business.
Thanks to this approach, you can streamline the implementation of key processes, such as
affiliation, work declaration, claim management, data updates or usage reporting.
The agreements module included in Collect can dynamically manage any complex business logic
with total flexibility. The contract-based working model speeds up tasks such as massive work
documentation and management of relationships between authors and publishers, publishers and
sub-publishers, heirs, acquirers and buyers of rights. Collect checks and controls contract terms
automatically, allowing you to easily create contracts based on territory, source or type of use.
Collect offers a cloud infrastructure tailored to the specific needs of each business, providing a
single location to centralize all relevant data. Using the file manager Collect Drive you can set up
a "multi-cloud" structure that can be simultaneously connected to several different clouds from
different providers (NAS, Amazon S3, Azure), in order to cover different usage requirements.
In addition, Collect Drive allows you to perform several routine tasks on the data, such as
previewing images, audios, videos, or pdf files.
Multi-type projects
Collect’s architecture is multi-tenant, which means that it can give service to different companies
from the same platform simultaneously, while meeting the specific needs of each of their local
markets.
Thanks to this multi-tenant capability, companies that work in partnership under a given
organization or those that sell services to others can develop and operate their own projects. By
Through integrated controls that range from specific permissions at the functional module level to
the definition of roles at the project level, Collect ensures the full protection of business-relevant
information. Each working area in the company can only access the data and content to which it is
authorized, and each operator only performs the actions that are permitted according to his profile.
On the other hand, the information and audit trails provide full visibility and control over all the
system activity. This means that any data change or workflow result can be easily traced.
All these features allow Collect to provide the basis to comply with industry-specific regulations, as
well as privacy standards such as GDPR.
High customization
Collect allows for the quick and easy configuration of filters, workflow stages, ticket types or any
kind of new field. This flexible design offers our clients the option to change and improve the layout
by themselves, in a simple and straightforward way. They can also extend the functionality of the
application with the same ease.
Collect’s design stands out for its modularity and flexibility. We have developed it so that the whole
set of software elements it is built upon can work coupled with each other, partially decoupled or
completely decoupled.
The entire application is accessible through REST APIs under the OpenAuth2 standard, which
means that it is ready for a quick and easy integration with other business entities and legacy
systems. Its compatibility with Alfresco, SAP or Oracle connectors or SGS (which is behind the
SGAE’s LATAM Backoffice) allows Collect to adapt to any business requirement.
All Rightmos solutions are multi-format and multi-vendor. Thus, we can ensure compatibility in all
business processes with the most used file formats (csv, txt, excel, pdf), and with other industry
standards (DDEX, CCID, AV Index).
Collect offers a complete and intuitive work environment to carry out all business operations, while
maintaining and ensuring at the same time maximum transparency and traceability in all related
processes.

Whereas Rightmos Collect provides a full Secure Services Portal that meets the needs of
industry partners and its customers, and is also suitable for the general public, Apollo is specifically
aimed at managing big data related with sales reports, licensing and rights distribution.
The technology behind Apollo is specifically designed to optimize the whole management process
of sales reports (digital, TV and Radio) and Cue-Sheets, as well as the distribution of royalties
generated by any content industry.

Process and workflow automation
Invoicing and claim management
All operations in Apollo are carried out under state-of-the-art interfaces and on modern and user-
friendly visual environments, allowing operation teams to enjoy high usability and ease-of-use.
Apollo is made of APIs, tools, engines, services, knowledge and support organized to provide a
global solution that generates value in the core of royalty distribution.
Apollo also stands out for its modular design and its flexibility. All software components that make
up the application can work either coupled to each other, partially uncoupled or completely
uncoupled.
The whole application is accessible through RESTFUL API under the OpenAuth2 standard,
allowing for a quick and easy integration with other business entities and legacy systems.
Furthermore, Apollo behaves as a fully operational and autonomous system, reducing its
complexity to that of a simple external service.
As is the case with our other applications, in Apollo’s development we have used last
generation technologies under distributed architectures, in order to provide service
scalability and evolution and minimize the risks of technological obsolescence. Apollo is an
efficient and scalable solution that adapts through time to the client needs.
Apollo provides a digital one-stop-shop platform for usage sales reports, Cue-Sheets processing
and income distribution, allowing for the centralized management of all processes related with
royalties in the creative content industry.
Apollo ingestion engine allows both online and offline processing of sales reports and Cue-Sheets
from several providers and in several formats. The information is extracted, transformed and
loaded into a common model, centralizing data in a single point. Data is then processed
automatically for an agile and optimal treatment of information. Apollo also ensures the
compatibility of usage information with any data model.
Continuous learning
Apollo has the ability to "learn" continuously, by reusing lessons learned. It can also solve new
problems autonomously, reducing manual operations and improving its own performance over
time.
Apollo cognitive identification algorithm allows optimizing matching in the most complex
environments, those with low quality or low consistency metadata such as YouTube UGC,
achieving a substantial improvement in matching ratios under these conditions.
Apollo's predictive model is multi-environment, meaning that it can work with any set of
unstructured data from different sources. As a result, its applications in the creative industry are
endless. All you need to do is customize the predictive model and match the engine attributes in
order to adapt the system to the type of data you want to work with (works or recordings, films,
artists, books, etc).
Thanks to Apollo's versatility, you only need one distribution application to cover multiple
businesses. It also has the ability to support both online and offline services like TV, Radio,
YouTube, Spotify, Netflix, etc.
Apollo offers a complete and intuitive user workspace from which both the operators and the area
teams can autonomously and transparently carry out the entire royalty distribution operation, or
even the outsourced service supervision.
We use our own technology to achieve bulk Cue-Sheet ingestion, a feature that allows Apollo to
easily standardize Cue-Sheet files into structured data and information. The development of
customised parsers is provided from the user interface of the application itself. This service is
multi-format, thus assuring broad compatibility with a huge set of file formats such as RapidCue
(ASCAP), AV Index (CISAC), PDF (Netflix, SACEM, PRS), Excel, CSV, and many others.
Apollo performs complete and seamless processing of sales report files to identify every last
musical usage, even on YouTube. This process improves global matching ratios.
Quality checks
Apollo's automatic validation rules provide a powerful and accurate view of repertoire data quality
at all times. This makes it possible to speed up and reduce operation efforts to improve metadata
and other information, which in the short term has a direct impact on identification ratios and
distribution processes.
Business Rules
Apollo includes a powerful module that allows you to create business rules for tasks automation
(condition/action) so that you can generate "lessons" so that the matching engine can do the
following: learn from its diagnostic errors, eliminate noise during matching, enrich data in updates,
validate or discard entities, and generate automatic tasks.
Apollo is a multi-territory and multi-entity application, which means that it can serve different
companies simultaneously from a single platform, while still covering specific local market needs.
This feature facilitates the development of one-stop shop projects and could be very useful for
entities that are grouped in organizations, or for those providing services to others, as it allows
them to reduce costs by sharing technological resources and operations, while maintaining
adequate security and confidentiality levels.
Cero-time Start-Up
Apollo provides quick and easy commissioning. We just need DSRs and Repertoire Metadata to
start the matching process.

distribution process has been outsourced.

of knowledge and effective support services. Its powerful structure and functionalities provide a
comprehensive solution that generates value to the overall business processes of publishers,
labels, artists and distributors.
It can be deployed with a web portal, in order to meet the needs of all
business collaborators. However, it can also be enjoyed as the core
product of an end-to-end multimedia content solution to expand your
audience or generate further revenue, by providing online and content
streaming services to the creative industry:
Music Library
VOD platform
Online events
As with all Rightmos applications, these tasks are carried out under state-of-the-art interfaces that
allow the end user to enjoy a modern, user-friendly and visual environment that has been designed
with the highest standards of usability in mind.
Overall, AIO is an efficient and scalable solution that adapts to the needs of each client, while
offering the same multitenant capabilities that come with Collect and Apollo. This means that the
same platform can serve different companies simultaneously, while meeting the specific needs of
each of their local markets. Clients can thus reduce costs by sharing resources and operations,
while maintaining adequate levels of security and confidentiality.
360º management of all digital assets, metadata and rights and royalties
Thanks to an extensible metadata scheme and its powerful catalogue management features, AIO
offers a cloud comprehensive solution that allows you to manage any kind of asset that may be
handled in the music, audio-visual and book publishing industries. Its flexible architecture, which
can be tailored to the specific needs of each business, provides a single location where you can
centralize all relevant data.
AIO also provides a powerful engine to easily ingest high-volume sales files from any supply chain
service. You can use it to automate all processes related with royalty calculation and distribution,
saving resources and time, while avoiding the errors that take place when these tasks are carried
out by hand on Excel sheets, or any other similar application.
The file manager, AIO Drive, allows setting up a "multi-cloud" structure so that you can connect
simultaneously to several different clouds from different providers (NAS, Amazon S3, Azure…),
thus covering different usage requirements. You can also perform routine tasks such as
image/audio/video/PDF previewing directly from the data file, and on the same interface.
AIO’s contracts module offers total flexibility, so that you can dynamically manage complex
business logics. The contract-based working model facilitates the management of massive work
documentation and of the relationships between authors and publishers, publishers and sub-
publishers, heirs, acquirers and buyers of rights. Contracts based on territory, source or type of use
can be easily created in AIO, while Collect takes care of the contract terms in an automatic base.
AIO provides a very powerful environment for making content available on the web, thus enabling
a sales and licensing channel for your assets. You can use it to build your own e-commerce
business, whether it be a music library or a multimedia streaming service:
• VOD/Life Streaming platform: AIO allows you to expand your online audience and reach
thousands of new viewers. Increase your profits and grow your business with your own
video streaming platform, which can be based on multiple monetization models:
subscription (SVOD) or transaction (TVOD) based models, premium offers (PVOD), ad-
supported consumption (AVOD), or any type of packs and free promotions.
• Music platform: AIO allows you to build your own music library or audio streaming service
so that you can promote your music, or to license it for synchronizations or background
services.
• Event management: You can use AIO to plan and track all the details of your own festivals,
conferences and/or premieres. AIO offers all features you need to organize an online event
or even an on-site live event. Setup dates, share the event, manage tickets, use promo
codes, send invitations, create marketing pages, or use any measure of collaborative tools
to engage your audience.
With the AIO API you can also encode media files to guarantee the best performance. For
example, you can convert large, high-quality digital media files into formats that users can play
back on mobile devices, tablets, web browsers, and digital television networks, without significant
loss of quality.
AIO offers a very flexible, non-code interface you can use to graphically design your own business
rules. You can automate tasks with an event/condition structure to generate standard actions such
as work tickets, system events and notifications, or even to trigger external processes.
Workflow automation and batch processing can be distributed over any volume of data, a feature
that takes royalty management to the next level, by providing maximum scalability and optimizing
income distribution.
The entire application is accessible through REST APIs under the OpenAuth2 standard, which
allows a quick and easy integration with other business entities and legacy systems. In this way,
the development of Alfresco, SAP or Oracle connectors’ compatibility allows AIO to adapt to any
business requirement.
You can also use AIO to send your content to integrators/distributors so they can make it
available in your favourite digital stores and streaming providers (Spotify, Apple Music, etc).
All Rightmos solutions are multi-format and multi-vendor. Thus, compatibility with the most used
formats (csv, txt, excel, pdf), or with industry standards (CWR) is ensured in all business
processes, both for importing and for exporting of content.
High customization
AIO allows quick and easy configuration of filters, workflow stages, ticket types or even new fields,
offering some autonomy for the improvement and evolution of the application’s layout. You can

ADDITIONAL FEATURES
This is an agile, simple, and fast solution that stands as the best option for players that have the
urgency to cover some business processes and are willing to outsource them in order to get a fast
response.
Under the "We Host, You Manage" business model, the client
acquires a SaaS license to use Rightmos services and platforms,
and it is responsible for the platform operation from beginning to
end. This model implies a much greater effort for the company, as it
will need to train and activate an expert team to carry out the entire
service operation. Needless to say, a Rightmos' expert team will
advise and offer full-time support to the company’s technicians, as
established in the contract terms.
This is the best option for companies that have the experience and the resources needed to
manage all the business processes operations by themselves and want to take control over all the
workload, while providing their organisation with the maximum transparency and traceability.
Under this business model, all services and applications are hosted
at the company’s infrastructures, and all processes and tasks are
performed in its own servers. The client’s expert team is also
responsible for the whole performance, while Rightmos is in charge
of software maintenance and all related support tasks, at the agreed
operational level.
This is the best solution for clients that can host the services and also need to maintain complete
control over the infrastructure due to restrictions in their security policies.
