About Supermoney

SuperMoney, a Flipkart group co.,is an embedded finance co which


will launch a series of secured and unsecured credit cards on the
Rupay network.
The intent is to use technology to innovate and launch a disruptive
offering where customers get liberally incentivised on doing UPI
transactions on Rupay credit cards. We believe that there is a large
base of 300 million users where such a card would be relevant.

Our customer offering be:


We will launch co-branded credit cards that will let customers earn
cashback for transacting on via our platform & on group companies.
Transactions will let customers get cashback on all UPI
led transactions and instant discounts on Flipkart group companies.

Supermoney as a strong business affiliate


To drive top of the funnel & have a clean attribution, we would like
to offer privileges powered by your brand to customers on
transactions generation via the Supermoney App.
We will integrate you brand on our App and facilitate online & offline
transactions.

Customer flow: Online ( Instant discount )

1)Brand gives a discount / offer code that will be locked to the card

2)Supermoney integrates the Brand on its app and provides a click


out solution via a link

3)Customer to copy the code & visit the Brand app via the link
integrated on the Supermoney app

4)Post product selection, code gets auto-applied / manually applied


on the payments page. Customers get the equivalent discount that's
instantly applied. Customer checks-out using the Supermoney card

Customer flow: Offline

1)Brand gives a cashback offer that will be promoted on the


Supermoney app

2)Customer clicks the offer tile, scan & pay opens, customer
completes the payment using QR at Brand store

3)Supermoney process the cashback on successful payment


completion

4)Offline recon with Brand on account of cashback receivables based


on the offer given. Recon can happen on monthly basis

We will build a data rigour to understand the funnel on a monthly


basis. We will work together to maximise the business efficiency.

What are the business objectives we plan to achieve?


1. Increase revenue for the Brand driven by Supermoney card & App.
Drive NC's / Retention via the top of the funnel solution we provide.
2. Increase card spends for Supermoney

What would the Brand be entitled to ?


We would promote the offer from the Brand across FK group users
and this will be placed prominently as the key customer offering. We
will have a deeper engagement via the marketing channels that we
will pursue along with a click-out solution from our App. This will
potentially drive NC's and repeat users as we will ring fence our
customers for your brand.
We have an estimate to reach 100Mn+ users and acquire about 2Mn
cards in Y1.
