address at 67 Woodpecker St. Doña Pilar Vill. Sasa, Davao City, hereinafter referred to as the
RECIPIENT/VENDOR, do hereby acknowledge receipt of the amount of

PAYOR/VENDEE;

This payment received will serve as partial payment of the PAYOR/VENDEE to the

Remigio Island Garden City of Samal covered, more particularly describe as follows:

Upon receipt of the partial payment, the vendee will be given by the vendor of the above - described
land an absolute right to use and possess the land. The vendor assures the vendee that the schedule
property is free of all charges, encumbrances, and mortgage and that he is the absolute owner upon full
payment and process of documents and had a perfect title to it and a right to alienate it. The vendor
assures the vendee to indemnify the vendee of the damage caused to him / her on account of such
defect if any.
