So be warned.

If you pay for Scribd and want to cancel, do it the day before they
charge so that you can fully use up the remainder of your time as a paying
customer. If you use a free trial, be aware that they use an algorithm to block the
stuff you read and put in your list, especially your list. I dont know about other
paying customers, but I know that after a year of being with them they never
blocked anything ever. Then they act like this is something that always happens and
act like it had nothing to do with me canceling for 6 days.

I felt like I had to warn y'all because I would have felt bad if someone joined
Scribd because of my gushing post and ended up screwed.

If you're interested in this please read the blog I'm going to post below. She did
some experiments and goes into much better detail about what's going on and why
Scribd is sort of a scam as far as their advertising as "unlimited" goes.
