Project Manager

Responsibilities

 Management of project and be responsible to fulfill contract obligations within


timeline, cost and scope
 Plan, track and implement project schedule accordance to contractual requirements
 Track project financial to deliver project within allocated budget
 As a Leader to lead and align assigned project and system engineers towards
achieving project objectives
 Report project status to Project Director and Senior Management
 Management and communication with project stakeholders
 Oversee the coordination and execution of subcontractor works to meet contractual
specifications
 Work with procurement counterparts to procure and sub-contract tendering
Requirements

 Degree/ Diploma in Project Management/ Computer Science / Computer Engineering


in Information Technology, Information Systems, IT Security or equivalent
 At least 5 years in Project Management
 Able to lead, excel and overcome adversity
 Good interpersonal skills, strong organizational and coordination skills
 Experience in Project Management and IT Management Systems Deployment
 Able to understand of System architecture, Database setup, Networking and Windows

Lead Project Manager / Project Manager


Responsibilities

 Responsible for successful delivery of complex technical projects


 Must have technical background and has risen through ranks (being developer, tech
lead, etc.)
 Understand end to end delivery of complex technical projects. Must be able to
coordinate with various groups to successfully deliver projects
 Must understand the overall technical environment, what software investments are
already made
 Clearly articulate what needs to be done, handshake with other teams, explain the
work in detail, and coordinate
 Must understand agile, scrum, and multiple release processes
 Must know how to deliver an MVP. Need excellent communication to trade off what
functionality will be delivered in which sprints and why something should not be part
of MVP
 Handle business users and make sure they are taken care of during the entire life cycle
 Change management and excellent communications skills are very important. Must be
able to work with business users and help them by piloting applications, show the
benefits, and make sure systems are used in day to day operations
Requirements

 Shall have a degree in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering, IT or


equivalent.
 Shall have at least four (4) years’ experience in project management in one of these
related fields (Java EE development), of which at least one (1) year experience in
project management
 Track records of managing successful delivery and implementation / maintenance of
IT applications/products of equivalent value and nature using Agile methodology.
 Preferably PMP or CITPM certified or equivalent.
 Shall fulfil at least one of the following criteria:
 Shall have at least five (5) years’ experience in project management in IT-related
fields (e.g., Java Enterprise Edition (EE) development).
 Must be current in Microsoft technologies, Power Platform, Sharepoint, other Azure
infrastructure services, and ServiceNow (this need not be detailed, but should be
enough to have a conversation and shape the discussion)
 Experience in defence or public sector projects would be an advantage.
 Good supervisory, people management and communications skills.
 Have an end to end project management playbook
 Understand the different technical components required for project delivery. Some of
these are internal infrastructure which needs to be configured, some integration with
other applications, and some custom development. Create a technical playbook which
ties up these 3 different types of technical components for project delivery
 Operate: how to deploy, handle servers, monitor etc.
 Understand environments: such as dev, test, staging, etc. and make sure they are
available at the right time to the right teams
 Proper estimation, project planning, scheduling, resource management etc. which are
hallmark of good project manager

IT Project Manager
Responsibilities
 Collaborate with Product Owner or Transformation team to understand project
objectives and benefits.
 Together with Business Analysts, co-create business requirements to define scope of
project.
 Work with Architecture and Engineering teams to outline IT solution to meet business
requirements.
 Identify resources, budget required and establish project delivery schedule.
 Support Product Owner or Project Sponsor in formalizing and presenting Project
Charter to management for approval for Execution
 Review and liaise with vendor on SOWs.
 Establish project team (including vendor), manage and monitor the project from kick-
off till project closure.
 Accountable for delivery of project artifacts according to bank’s SDLC standards
 Track project issues, risks and action items.
 Provide regular update to project stakeholders.
Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering discipline preferred.


 Min. 10 years’ experience as an IT Project Manager with 5 years in banking /
financial services domain.
 Experience in banking project/operation (trade finance) and T24 relevant domain.
 Good understanding of solution architecture, design patterns and best practices in
technology solutions.
 A strong communicator who can steer and influence stakeholders effectively to
achieve results.
 Able to lead cross-workstreams(s) and off-shore vendor teams(s).
 Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and vendor
management skills.
 Experience in banking processes and business process re-engineering preferred.
 PMP or equivalent professional certification will be an advantage.
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency contract employment.

Project Manager (Applications)


Responsibilities

 Responsible for the creation, organization, execution, completion, and maintenance of


projects
 Manage scope and quality in alignment with stakeholders and manage risks and issues
along the entire lifecycle and help the team remove blockers and solve problems
 Effectively communicate and manage stakeholder expectations and provide status
information
 Drive detailed technical discussions and manage the team to deliver a successful
implementation
 Provide effective leadership to the team in solving problems, cultivate team
cohesiveness & teamwork
Requirements

 Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, or equivalent


 At least 3 years in project management is preferred
 Strong management skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution
 Experience in Software Development Life-Cycle. Experience in Secure Software -
Development Life-Cycle is an added advantage
 Familiar with the various system platforms such as Java, MS .Net, web, application,
database servers, networking and infrastructure
 Project management certification like PMP is an added advantage

Project Manager
Responsibilities

 Plan, coordinate and prepare implementation strategies to meet key project milestones
such as delivery, tests and payment milestones
 Develop Project Management Plans including risk management plan to ensure
effective project management and delivery
 Ensure that all projects and products are delivered with the required quality and that
appropriate levels of testing and technical governance is carried out in accordance
with internal standards and contractual requirements
 To organise project teams so that there is effective management, definition of roles
and accountability to deliver project commitments

 Anticipate, manage and resolve issues, risks, dependencies and impediments that may
impact on successful project delivery
 Ensure that project progress is reported in an accurate and timely manner to all
stakeholders and project teams
 Effective stakeholder management to set the right expectations throughout the project
 Keep abreast of relevant technological developments in order to improve and stay
effective in the role
 Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
Requirements

 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer


Science / Information Technology or equivalent
 At least 7 years of experience in Project Management of large scale projects with
good technical knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / AX, .NET, Java, J2EE,
Application Servers, Databases, etc. are preferred
 Customer oriented and a team player with the ability to effectively lead and motivate
team member towards common objectives
 A self-starter and ability to work under pressure and tight schedule with positive and
proactive attitude to anticipate challenges and resolves issues
 Strong competency and experience in managing and motivating multi-disciplinary
teams
 Proficient with Microsoft Project or other project management reporting tools
 Certifications in Project Management such as PMP and CITPM is preferred
 Effective communications and presentation skills, both written and oral

Project Manager
Primary Responsibilities: - Able to grasp and understand business domain knowledge
within a short timeframe. - Plan, script, execute, prepare reports and statistics,
communicate to users, and resolve all issues related to data - Troubleshooting system
and data issues, refining scripts, and execute/ re-run data and document migration

Requirements

 At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering


(Computer/Telecommunication), Information Technology or equivalent. Candidates
with a relevant IT diploma may also apply.
 5 years of experience in Project Management of medium or large scale projects.
 Knowledge of Government agencies and laboratory terminologies and workflows will
be a plus
 Good written and verbal communication skills is required
 Good management of time and able to set and adjust priorities for tasks according to
changes in project activities.
 Versatile and able to adapt readily & effectively to unexpected or changing
conditions.
 Goal-Oriented with strong drive and initiative to deliver. Self-motivated. Able to meet
deadlines. Good team player. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal
skills
 Willing to work extended hours during project peak period.
 PMP certified will be advantageous

Infra Project Manager
Responsibilities

 Manage multiple product/solution procurement and is responsible for the procurement


lifecycle from pre-planning, RFP specifications, RFP evaluation and award.
 Determine the project goals to ensure that the project supports business objectives and
strategies.
 Develop project plans that include requirements, scope, deliverables, budget and
schedules.
 Work with subject matter experts to detail out the RFP tasks and requirements and to
achieve an optimal outcome for the RFP and procurement.
 Identify and manage the risks that may potentially affect the delivery of the project
outcome.
 Track project deliverables and ensure that the projects are completed within budget,
schedules and quality standards.
 Implement process improvements to reduce development time and assist in the
integration of complex business factors to implement long- term strategic planning
objectives.
 Present reports and project updates to management on a regular basis.
 Working closely with the procurement and legal team to facilitate projects to be
awarded on-time.
Requirements

 Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent is preferred.


 Experienced with solution procurement and crafting RFP specifications
 Experienced in project delivery and technical management of complex system
landscapes
 Experienced in setting and managing Service Levels.
 Ability to adapt to different project requirements.
 Experience in operational and/or management knowledge on technical domain such as
System, Network, Security, Cloud operations.
 Able to understand the necessary legal terms and contract terms to facilitate
negotiation

 To lead, plan and drive large scale project that focus on CCTV installation and video
analytics
 Coordinate internal resources and external parties/vendors for flawless execution of
assigned projects
 Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
 Upfront planning to ensure resource availability and allocation
 Develop a detailed project plan to monitor, implement and track progress
 Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using
appropriate verification techniques.
 Perform risk management to minimize potential risks. Report and escalate to

Requirements

 Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
 Proven experiences (at least 5 years) in handling CCTV/ Video analytics related
project.
 Deep understanding in Agile development for software products
 Experience with project management software tools
 Project implementation experience in GCC or public cloud
 Excellent working attitude, problem-solving, critical thinking, presentation, and
negotiation skills
 Excellent client-facing and internal/external communication skills
 Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
 Knowledge of procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage
 Proficient in planning, managing, delegating, and coaching
 Self-driven; results- and customer-oriented
