The conclusion that can be found in the audio provided is an argumentative conversation

that was going on between Sara that wanted the new director role and her teammate that was
currently disagreeing with her opinion. Sara wanted the new position but her teammate said that
she did not meet the criteria and the position is too heavy for her. The reason of her teammate’s
opinion were that Sara is a first-time mom to-be and he thinks that Sara was not able to handle the
new director positions. However, Sara’s opinion was going the other way, she said that she has been
holding in a management role for the last two years and she also said that she already hired and
fired her workers, and trained everyone on the team, thus she thinks that she was more than ready
for the new director position. Moreover, Sara also said that she will ask the HR for their opinion
about her getting into that new position because she really wanted it. Lastly, her teammate also said
that she was not behaving like a team player and if she was going to act like that again for the rest of
her career, she should not be on his team because he wanted a co-worker and teammate that can
work as a team.
