OVERSEERS FOR SUSPENSION OF
ATTORNEYS PURSUANT TO SUPREME
JUDICIAL COURT RULE 4:03, (2)

ORDER

This matter came before the Court, Wendlandt, J., on the amended

motion of the Board of Bar Overseers for the suspension of certain

attorneys for their failure to register with the Board in accordance

with the provisions of S.J.C. Rule 4:02, (1).

Upon consideration thereof, it is ORDERED that each attorney

whose name and date of admission to the Bar are listed in the amended

motion is hereby suspended from the practice of law in this

Commonwealth. In accordance with S.J.C. Rule 4:03, Section 3, the

suspension shall be effective fourteen days after the date of the

entry of this order, and the suspended attorney shall become subject

to the provisions of Rule 4:01, Sections 17(3) and 17(4). If the

attorney is not reinstated within fourteen days after entry of this

order, the attorney shall become subject to the other provisions of

said Section 17. The time periods for complying with Rule 4:01,
Sections 17(1), 17(5), and 17(6), shall begin upon the effective date

of this order.
