of 5000 MW Rs. Cr. 30,000 and having projects in state of Meghalaya
(Shillong) RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Mr. Sailesh Suresh Shinde Age 39
years with Adhar card No. 239552954167 and Pan card No. BJTPS8499G is
authorised by the company for discussion negotiations regards to fund raising
and investment for company's projects and to comply with all requirements
for getting investment including show of fund liquidity for getting
investment.
