Medical Action Myanmar (MAM) is a medical organization. MAM aims to improve access to quality health
care for all people in Myanmar. MAM provides large-scale access to prevention, diagnosis & treatment of
HIV, Malaria, Tuberculosis and we provide Basic Health Care provided by 20 clinics and 2300 community
health workers in remote areas. MAM employs over 1200 staff.

Vacancy For: Child Support Facilitator

Reports to: Senior Child Support Officer
Job location: Hlaing Thar Yar, Yangon.

Description of the vacant position;

Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure that adequate records are maintained and compiled for the Senior Child Support Officer
so that they can report to sponsoring agencies.
• Regular follow-up of the history-changing of children and regular home visits.
• Prepare package for child support day and purchase orders.
• Facilitate the vocational and small investment for the children
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and create a relaxing and welcoming
atmosphere.
• Regularly contact, reach, and act as a resource for parents and caregivers
• Ensure plan, enrollment, and feedback input for the child in need of a sponsor package after liaison
with sponsorship agencies and MAM.
• Be knowledgeable, informed, and current on childcare philosophy.
• To do monthly reports and necessary reports of children
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

MAM requires:
To be successful in this role you must have:
Education : Any Bachelor Degree.
Experience : At least 1-year of experience in Child Care Field.
Language : Good in English and Myanmar
Skills & Specifications : Good communication skill, Team building skill, Collobrative
nature, Interesting working in caring environment, Flexibility,
Adaptability, Ability to work under pressure very well, Cross
cultural sensitivity and Empathic nature , ability to work
collaboratively with colleagues across the organization developing
effective working relationships in order to deliver outstanding
results for children
MAM offers:
• Salary depending on experience starting from 150 USD per month (on a 12-monthly basis);
• 13th month bonus;
