Today I returned from my business trip with cakes, from Constanța. It's the first
time I go here, and everything is new to me, a lot of crowding, a lot of noise. It
took me some time
to settle in, but once I did it was one of my most beautiful experiences. The trip
was by personal car, together with my assistant. I was here to present my offer of
candy bar and festive cakes, for 3 days. Everything went well, I will deliver my
sweets soon to Constanta as well.

2. Describe a good oe a bad experience you had when you bought something.
( you ordered something online and you received a different product . What did
you do then?)

Last week I searched on a well-known website for an iPhone 5 phone. I found an

advertisement in Bacau county with an iPhone 5. I called the seller, he confirmed
that the product is in stock. He gave me the serial number of the phone which I
checked on the official APPLE website. We understood that he sends that phone
via Fan Courier. The next day, however, when I arrived at Fan Courier
headquarters and opened the package, it was not what I ordered. It was an
iPhone 5 copy (a Chinese replica with a value of about 200 lei) which does not
reach the respective value paid by me. But the gentleman did not agree with
canceling the refund and I was left with the respective phone. I filed a complaint
with the fan courier and the police against the dance.
After the transaction, this man turned off his phone and can no longer be
contacted by me, nor by the Police Agent. Therefore, I lost that money and I don't
think I can recover it.

I bought an automatic washing machine from the Flanco store and unfortunately
it was defective from the factory. When I got home and tried it on, I immediately
realized that something was wrong.
• The first thing was to go back to the stores and I personally handed over the
product to a store representative.
• I filled out a Return Form and I filled out and signed a
• statement in which I expressed my decision to withdraw from the contract, the
receipt of which will be confirmed (paper, mail or fax).
