We are writing to formally propose the continued utilization of the AP-ZCA aircraft for the
foreseeable future, aligning perfectly with our program's objectives and fulfilling the current
flying needs of our university students. Recognizing the impending engine life expiration in
2025, we intend to maximize its usage until then.

For your consideration, we have attached a detailed cost sheet outlining the associated expenses.
We kindly request your prompt attention to finalizing this document within the next 1-2 days.
Your expeditious cooperation is vital for us to move forward with bringing the AP-ZCA to
Lahore.

Cost Breakdown:
 Fuel Cost: Absorbed by Air Safari (approximately Rs. 28,750/- per hour)
 Staff Payment: Air Safari assumes responsibility for all cleaning, DI work, refueling,
and other staff-related expenses.
 Parking: Air Safari will manage and cover parking charges as needed.
 Airport Charges: Air Safari will handle and pay all airport-levied fees.
 Owner Payment: Air Safari will compensate the owner at a rate of Rs. 10,000/- per hour.
 Pilot Charges: The owner will manage and settle pilot charges as per their discretion.
 Block Hours: Due to limited air traffic and weather constraints, block hours will not be
applicable at AIIAP.
 Major Expenses: Air Safari will bear the responsibility for all significant costs,
including parking, aircraft upkeep, and operator fees payable to the CAA.
 Flight Utilization: We anticipate achieving 2-3 landings per hour of flying time.
 Purpose: The ZCA will be exclusively utilized for training sorties and air experience
flights.

time for our students while ensuring cost-effective utilization of Air Safari. We are confident that
this collaboration will yield positive outcomes for all parties involved.
