I am Irma, an Environmental Science fresh graduate from Universitas Brawijaya. I am writing this letter to
express my interest in Subregional Environmental Compliance Lead (266462) position in your company. I
consider my self as a highly focused and self-motivated person, and with my knowledge and expertise, I am
excited about the opportunity to be a part of Sustainability team of McKinsey & Company.

I enrolled at McKinsey & Company to apply some of my previous experience and interest especially regarding
the environment and carbon stock. Carbon is an essential issue that is currently being worked on, especially by
large companies involved in oil and gas. In order to design sustainable activities, an effective plan is needed
not only from a technical and economic perspective but also from a social and local community perspective. I
believe that by combining these various aspects, it can improve the quality and succeed in implementing the
program/project. It would be wonderful if I have the opportunity to grow and work together to reach this goal
with McKinsey & Company.

During my previous role as a Research Assisstant in a Research Group, I have ecperiences in conducted land
survey, carbon and biodiversity measurement training, handling data carbon, ethnobotany survey, and indepth
interview with local people, collecting and analysis data. In 2019-2021 I involved in coffee+pine agroforestry
project by Centre of Ecology and Hydrology worked on managed the light regime. By the end of 2022, I joined
two projects related to carbon sequestration with two different clients which were PT. United Tractor Tbk as a
Surveyor, and the other one is CO2 Operate B.V as a Surveyor and Project Leader of Ethnobotany. I am
proficient in Genstat and Microsoft Office, and also had an experience of using R-studio.

With all my experience and achievements, I strongly believe that I will be fit for this position. The document
