How long does it take to get my order?

Please allow 1-3 business days for the processing of your order. Once your order
ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with the package tracking
number so you can follow its progress. You can expect to receive your order within
3-8 business days once shipped.

How Do I Change My Shipping Address?

include your order number and a message indicating the correct shipping address.

We can change a shipping address if the order has not been processed yet.

Can I get my product personalized?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to
return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you
through the process.

Do I get a receipt for my order?

You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will
also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been
shipped.

RETURNS

Can I refund the product ?

Yes, you can return, and to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and
in the same condition that you received it.
And how long do I have to return the product?
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase,
unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

To help us prevent any delays in shipping, you have 5 hours from the time your
order is placed to cancel or make any changes to it.
If the item(s) have already been shipped from our fulfillment center, we cannot
make changes to the order. But you are welcome to place a new order for any
additional parts.
