2) In the Government order lst cited, orders and detailed

guidelines were issued for implementation of"Kalaignar Magalir
Urimai Thittam''.
 3) In the 2nd reference cited, The Additional Chief Secretary /
Commissioner of Revenue Administration has requested orders for
administrative approval and sanction/ creation of the 323 new posts in Districts,
Sub Collector/ Revenue Divisional Offices / SSS Tahsildar Offices and Tahsildars
in Taluk offices for smooth implementation of the "Kalaignar Magalir Urimai
Thittam,,

4) The Government, after careful examination of the proposal of

the Additional Chief Secretary/ Commissioner of Revenue
Administration, has issued orders as follows:-

i. Sanction 8 Tahsildar (SSS) post at Taluk not having

Tahsildar (SSS) 94 Head Assistant/ Deputy Tahsildar Post
in Sub-Collector/ Revenue Divisional Offices and 7
Deputy Tahsildar Post in Taluks having no sanctioned
Zonal Deputy Tahsildars post and the mode of
appointment to fill up the posts in the above offices for
smooth implementation of the ``Kalaignar Magalir
Urimai Thit:tarn" as detailed below:

5) In the references 4th cited it has been ordered that necessary

additional funds of Rs.2,94,82,000/- shall be provided in Revised Estimate /Final
Modified Appropriation 2023-2024 and authorized the Additional Chief Secretary/
Commissioner of Revenue Administration to draw and disburse the amount.

6) In t:his regard, as per the G.0 4th cited the sanctioned amount
of Rs.2,94,82,000/- in the respective Heads of Account are dist:ributed to
the respective Taluk and Sub-Division in all the districts as given below.

A) The allotment under taluk establishment are distributed for

8 SSS Tahsildar post and 7 Zonal deputy Tahsildar posts as notified in the
G.O cited. (W.E. ) (Annexure-I)

8) The government in their order 4th cited have sanctioned

7 deputy Tahsildar posts without specifying the taluk under which they have
been created. In this connection as the proposal for their creation was
submitted to the government on 02.11.2023 funds are allott:ed to these 7
zonal deputy Tahsildar posts based on the aforementioned proposal
(Annexure -I).

38 Districts as enclosed in Annexure-11.

D) As p`er the G.0 4th cited, under the specified two heads of account
in Sub Division establishment, sa.nction is accorded for Rs 24,00,000/-
(Rupees Twenty four lakhs only) towards the Computer and Accessories
Purchase and Rs.12,00,000/- (Rupees Twelve lakhs only) for other
contingencies. Consequently the components under the head of account
2053-00-094-AA-30502 (other contingency) and 2053-00-094-AA-37601
(Computer Accessories-purchase) are distributed to districts as enclosed in
Annexure-III.

7) The District Collectors are requested to ensure that, the

expenditure is not exceeded in the allotment made by the respective head
of account in this regard.
