V. RATIONALE:

As per Schools Division Memorandum No. ___, s. 2023 known as

________________________, a midterm break shall be observed to evaluate the
individual teachers and their collective performance as well as to conduct In
Service Training (INSET) activities in support of continuing professional
development and assist their needs based on the result of the e-SAT of the
RPMS, a Mid-Year Performance Review and Evaluation (MPRE) shall be held in
all public elementary and secondary schools for a total of 5 days, thus, our
school will conduct the MPRE on February 6-10, 2023.

VI. OBJECTIVE/S:

a. to evaluate the progress attained in the implementation of the

educational program of the school;
b. to review the performance of teachers and the school staff with a view to
addressing concerns through collaborative effort;
c. to motivate teachers to become more active in making action research
for professional and learners’ development; and,
d. to enhance the capacity of teachers in manipulating various photo and
video editing applications which can be useful in making instructional
materials for learners.
