AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, JACQUELYN C. RECTO, Filipino, of legal age, female, married, and a

resident of Barangay Poblacion II Sagay City, Negros Occidental, Philippines after
having been duly sworn to an oath in accordance with law, do hereby depose and
say:

1. That I am the private complainant in a case NPS No. INV-24A-00010 for

“Violation of RA 9262 Psychological Abuse against JOHN MICHAEL
S. RECTO and ROBE-AN A. DELGADO which case is now pending for
Preliminary Investigation before the Office of City Prosecutor Sagay.

2. That I am voluntarily desisting and no longer interested in the further

prosecution of the case against the respondents because of
misapprehension of facts and upon entering into an amicable settlement.

3. Accordingly, I hereby formally desist or withdraw my complaint and

manifest that I am no longer interested in the prosecution of the above-
mentioned case.

4. That I am voluntary executing this affidavit of desistance to attest the

truth and veracity of the foregoing statements.
