AFFIDAVIT

We, APRIL JEAN B .DOMINGUEZ and DORIS BIROL, both of legal age,
Filipino, single and all residing at Balete, Aklan, after being sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. We have known the witness, LEVI MATTHEW RECTO, since

August of 2022;

2. The witness studied his first grade and half of his second grade at
Balete Integrated School where we are employed as teachers;

3. We became comfortable with him as he is the nephew of our co-

teacher, Bernadith Helican;

4. We had sufficient time with him as he would spend his vacant time
and eat lunch with us;

5. He was conversational as a child as he would tell stories about his

family;

6. He told us that when he was in the custody of his mother, he would

see his mother with another man other than his father whom he
referred to as ‘brand new Louil’

7. He told us that Louil would spend his night at their house in Sagay
City;

8. He even demonstrated how he caught his mother kissing and having

sexual intercourse with Louil in their house in Sagay City;

9. When we told him that it is bad to lie and make stories, he would
reason out that he was not lying and that what he was saying was true
that he really saw his mother having intercourse with another man
other than his father;

10.He would always mention how he hated his mother for not taking care
of them when the witness and his younger brother were with her in
Sagay City. That his mother would go out with her friends and go to
the beach while they were left in the care of his grandparents.

11.That WE, execute this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the

foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
