INTRODUCTION (Tahoma font 10, bold)

The introduction emphasizes the urgency of the problem to be solved, explains


the problem in general and explains why it is so important to solve the problem,
writes down several solutions from the results of previous research, and writes
the state of the art in this case/handling of this case compared to other cases.
The introduction is limited to only 4-6 paragraphs. Each paragraph must contain
more than 2 sentences. The introduction must not contain subheadings. The
Introduction must contain 12 references at minimum. (Tahoma, Font 10). All
paragraphs of the article’s sections (from abstract to conclusion) must follow the
example of formatting above. The first paragraph needs to be written without
indentation. All paragraphs’ spacing had to be set to 1pt (before and after), and
the line spacing set to single. The font used is Tahoma, with size 10.

Case Report (Tahoma font 10, bold)

Describe the method used in the case report. Explaining the conditions before
treatment including the patient's main complaints, subjective and objective
examination results, results of supporting examinations, diagnosis, treatment
plans, prognosis and success/failure of treatment. Treatment steps are
systematically explained with supporting pictures. Statement of patient consent
for treatment and for case publication.
Images are included in the body of the manuscript. Figure titles are numbered
with Arabic numerals, written in Tahoma font 8, spaced 1 and saved in JPEG
format with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch). Add image source,
personal documentation for clinical photograph.(Tahoma, Font 8).

DISCUSSION (Tahoma font 10, bold)

The discussion of the case reports explains the interpretation of the case
findings. Authors must be able to compile, analyze, evaluate and interpret and
compare the findings of the latest cases with findings from existing research or
case reports. It is not allowed to repeat sentences from either the introduction
or the results. The discussion of the case report must contain the basis for
decision making in treatment based on the literature (evidence based) and
include the patient's opinion about the outcome of the treatment in 1 or 2

CONCLUSION (Tahoma font 10, bold)

The conclusion contains the results of treatment as well as suggestions and


recommendations to colleagues regarding the handling of reported cases.
