The Lac Session commenced with initial proceedings including a prayer, attendance
check, statement of purpose, a brief message, and reminders. The facilitator introduced DepEd
Memo 001 S. 2024, delving into its key points and providing illustrations of ambiguous aspects.
Teachers were invited to share their perspectives on CATCH Up Fridays, expressing their
opinions on program implementation. Additionally, the facilitator presented various
recommended activities and themes for teachers to incorporate with their learners, outlining the
monitoring and evaluation processes to be carried out by higher authorities were also tackled
during the session.
 It was collectively decided that during the mid-year break, a School Learning Action Cell
will be convened to strategize the development of activities for CATCH Up Fridays, create
instructional materials for the NRP, and develop teacher’s guide..
