The salary will be given to employee nat latest by 7% of every month, 2) ANNUAL BONUS ‘The Company usualy pays an annual bonus before the Lunar New Year. However, payment of bonus isa the entire discretion ‘of the Company and no right to such bonus exist, 3) WORKING HOURS ‘Our working hours is as follows: Monday to Friday + 9.00am to 6.00pm Its understood and agreed that these working hours may be varied from time to time as the Company's requirements may Giciate. Its further undersiood that from time to time you may be expected to work extended hours to satisfactorily eary out {your duties and you shall not be entitled to claim any form of overtime pay or allowance. 4) NOTICE OF TERMINATION During the period of probation, termination of employment may’be effected by ether party giving fourteen (14) working days" notice in writing or salary in liew of notice thereof. Upon confirmation of your appointment, termination notice for either party will be one (1) months” notice in writing or salary in of notice thereof, 5) ANNUAL LEAVE & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS ‘You will be entitled tal selected Selangor State gazette public holidays. Application of leave is subject fo Management's approval and such approved leave may be cancelled and yourself recalled due to exigencies of 6) SICK & HOSPITALIZATION LEAVE. ‘Your sick leave eligibility is as follows: Less than 2 yeats of service = 14 days pee year 2 years and more but less than 5 years of service Z 18 days per year 5 years and more but less than 10 years of service : 21 days per year ‘Meical leave has tobe supported by a medical certificate issued by a registered doctor or by Government Hospital. Medical eave beyond the above stipulated eligibility will be treated as unpaid leave, You shall also be entitled to hospitalization leave up toa maximum of 60 days for each calendar year, minus the number of days of sick leave taken in the respective year 7) EPRISOcsO If you are already a contributor to EPF/SOCSO, the deductions and contributions shall bein accordance withthe regulations. In the event you ful to notify the Company of such contributions, you shall forthwith the Company against any legal proceedings andior otherwise 8) MEDICAL ‘You will be entitled to free medical attention at the Company's panel of doctors. This facility (available to yourself enly), however, does not include dental treatment, dentures, optical aids and specalist(s) consultation.
